Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented postdoctoral researcher to lead cutting-edge research and development in the domain of large language models (LLMs) for content generation. The successful candidate will collaborate with our AI and engineering teams to develop intelligent, scalable, and user-centric solutions that enhance Declic’s ability to deliver dynamic and personalized content to its users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced research on LLM architectures and fine-tuning strategies to optimize performance for content generation specific to Declic’s use cases.
- Develop algorithms and pipelines to generate engaging, culturally relevant, and contextually appropriate content for event descriptions, user interactions, and personalized recommendations.
- Design systems for real-time content adaptation, ensuring that generated text aligns with the app’s linguistic, cultural, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with Declic’s AI and development teams to integrate LLM-based features seamlessly into the app ecosystem.
- Publish findings in high-impact journals and conferences while contributing to Declic’s intellectual property portfolio.
- Mentor junior researchers and interns working on related projects within the company.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and related frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven experience in fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific applications.
- Knowledge of cultural and linguistic nuances in the MENA region is a strong plus.
- A solid publication record in top-tier AI/ML/NLP conferences and journals.
- Excellent programming skills in Python and experience with modern ML libraries.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with personalization and recommendation systems.
- Familiarity with ethical AI and content moderation frameworks.
- Understanding of user behavior analytics in social networking platforms.
