This postdoc is part of the Autonomous Pack project led by GoodFloow, a startup specializing in reusable transport packaging equipped with autonomous sensing devices. The goal? Reduce environmental impact and cost through smart, sensor-driven tracking.

🧠 What You’ll Work On

You’ll explore multimodal data fusion from embedded sensors (accelerometers and beyond), designing deep learning models that can:

Understand and analyze package movements and environments
Fuse diverse sensor data efficiently
Operate on low-power, embedded devices
Push the boundaries of mobility-focused AI

Expect a mix of literature review, model design, implementation, and experimentation using real-world datasets (like Collecty).

🛠️ What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

PhD (≤3 years) in machine learning, deep learning, data science, or computer science
Strong skills in Python and PyTorch
Solid foundation in neural networks, linear algebra, and statistical methods

Bonus points for:

Experience with multimodal fusion or sensor data analysis
Interest in embedded AI or model compression
Passion for sustainable tech and mobility solutions
