Our team’s research focuses on the robustness of cell division, using fluorescence microscopy and quantitative biophysical approaches. The selected candidate will work on developing a tool based on artificial intelligence to extract filament curvatures from 3D fluorescence microscopy images.
This position offers access to both local and remote computing resources (e.g., Jean Zay supercomputer) to support the research.
